customer service and rights

<p>I went to baby city in Park meadows today and purchased baby items worth R900, I left the store and went to discem only to find out I could have saved just under R200 had I purchased from them as far as I know the consumer act allows customers to return goods and as I had not left the mall and wasn't even out of the store for 30minutes I returned and asked for a refund and I was told our boss doesn't allow us to do refunds. After being a faithful customer for 3 years I will never set foot in that store again. It's my right to get a refund what kind of customer service is this??</p>
