Complaint

Went to order a battery at baby city. They bluntly refuse to give me refund the reason being that its a battery ordered. The manager or so I prasume made a call to them and the lady on the other line said it could be the parent unit of the baby monitor that could be broken. The battery reduses to charge. It doesnt even look like the same battery that was ordered. I paid R290. Courier included. I dont min the monies being lost for the courier. That leaves us with R170.00 left as told to me today. But when phoning to find out how much the battery would be she told me it would be R250 for the battery and R40 for courier. That leaves us with R250 to be refunded. And she wont refund it. There is no invoice for the battery or the courier I only have a slip that says I paid R290.00 at baby city.
