Chicco breast pump

<p>I have never in my life received such appalling service from a retailer before. I purchased a chicco breast pump end of April this year which I took back as it was not working properly first week of May. The manager took the pump and receipt and assured me that I will receive a call when they get feedback from thier supplier. Ever since I took the pump in 6 months ago I have gone back to the store 5 times and everytime I was assured by the manager that he would call me the next day when he locates where the pump is. I have NEVER ONCE received a phone call from him instead I am ALWAYS asked the same questions over and over by the same person. I am sick and tired of going back and forth. I will really appreciate feedback asap of I WILL be escalating the matter further.</p>
