Cancelled key item in online order without notification

Needed to an item from Baby City, so tried to order it online for delivery. To make the delivery fee worth it added a few extra items that we will need eventually to the order. When the package was delivered the item that the order was specifically placed for was not in the box. They had just refunded that item without letting me know. Now my money is in Limbo for 14 working days and I still do not have the item. The online store is horrible and cannot recommend it be used if this is the service that you get.
