Being of black color equal poor service badtreatm

Drove to Eastgate store so far from Sandton, walk into a store to shop for my child carying eldest could not find proper troley. there was only small ones which under that circumstance my son fell off that trolley. everyone just looked and ingnored, my son almost crack skul. Asked for manager which he came told me proper troleys are in the store-room. next time i must ask, i ask him why there is no note that shows troleys are hidden he cudnot answer. then he walked away. after terrible shopping had luggage big couldnt cary to car packing. am still talking bit louder everyone looked and ignore with attitude. to me is black customer we just take his money dont care what service we give, why shops like this come at our malls/shoping centres is they have certain treatment parthetic specifically to blacks to my view. As a black person, a black customer i felt is due my skin colour my complain is disregarded. if i was of different colour could have attended to properly. i felt that the money i pay as customer is of no value to these particular store. my children can die they dont care due to store lack of facilities.
