Bad Service Over The Phone

<p>The manager and supvisor at the Pavillon branch are extremely rude and dishonest. The supervisor called me a **** when he was the one who gave me the wrong infomation in the first place. Their Head Office is just as bad as they just don't any complaints seriously. It's sad that we as comsumers are giving them business yet they are so rude and nasty. We definitely not shop or recommend Baby City to anyone. </p>
