Bad Service from Manager at Baby City Woodmead

I have been trying to exchange a box of Pampers at baby city wood mead and I’ve been rejected twice because the box comes with 1 Nappy wipes of the pampers brand and I don’t have it so I tried to exchange it with the Johnson’s wipe and I got rejected and the manager at wood mead was so rude to me, what ever happened to good customer service
