Bad service

<p>Hello Peter. At Baby City Pietermaritzburg, i asked for assistance from one of their assistance to help me find a baby a baby pool. They gave me a box of which she told me it was a baby pool. Only to find out at home after opening the box that it was not a pool but a baby gym. I bought it on the 18th of February and i phoned on the 20th to ask if I could return it because we stay in estcourt and we can only be able to come month end, they said no problem i must come with the slip.
