Bad attitude towards the customer

On the 11th July 2023 i went to the Baby City woodmead to ask for an exchange, and to my surprise a male (lucky him because i forgot his name) he refused to assist me claiming that an item that i wanted to return was dirty, and it as a mark that you have to put on your spectacles to see it so it was even not visible enough for me to notice it, well I told the guy that I got the baby item as a gift and i would like to return it and I told him that what if it the mark was there when it was bought? and his response was "mam all our item are clean and that one is dirty and no one will buy it" and the way I was so angry I saved my comments and walked out of the store. To cut the login story short , my husband went to Baby City Northgate and they exchanged for him without any hustle. I was disappointed by his attitude and response, please take your employees to attend customer support trainings. and I wanted to buy more but then I just saved my money and went to a better Baby City where they value their customers.
