<p>Baby City has a VERY BAD policy, if you buy any item and want to return it in good faith, they will not give you your money back but a GIFT VOUCHER, unacceptable. They almost make you feel like a ********. BABY CITY TABLE VIEW in Cape Town. We will never support them again, use TAKE A LOT, cheaper and they give excellent service. This is against the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT. They will lose more than R1200.00 they are not wanting to refund me on. Good bye Baby City, lost a customer and hopefully a lot more when people read our experience. **********
