Baby City treatment of loyal customer

I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED by my treatment at Baby City in Greenpoint yesterday (07/09/15).<br> My wheel was clamped and I had to pay a R1000 (ONE THOUSAND RAND) release fine, **************** and ******ion in todays tough economic times. Is that even legal? I had parked in their bay and entered the store from the rear entrance where the security told me that there was a fine to be paid if I was not a Baby City customer, as he could see I had some documents in my hand, he probably assumed I was not going to purchase anything. I didn't pay much attention to him, as I was intending to purchase Similac Milk, which my daughter drinks and which I have bought at baby city since she was born some 20 months ago, upon my return from dropping off the documents next door, which I admit took way longer than I had anticipated. In my opinion this still makes me a customer of Baby City, right? Upon my return from next door, the security smugly approached me as I was making my way to the pay point with the similac milk to tell me that my wheel had been clamped.
