Baby city's bad customer service

My wife and her sister had a baby shower this weekend. My wife's sister received two copies of \baby sense"(both bought from Baby City). She went to the store to exchange one of the copies for toddler sense. The store simply refused to do the swop. I will never make use of baby city again. Your poor customer service and bad attitude is the worst I have experienced. I have spent a lot of many at baby centre"
