Baby city retail crossing

I purchased a bed for a little boy in my care 3 yrs old promised delivery this morning early from baby city retail crossing,the item is paid for. Apparently they can't get a truck to deliver this little boy had nothing to sleep despite not having his parents how utterly i am waiting for the delivery to get to my mom who is sick alone and waiting for me to arrive. I run my own foundation and business and am under intense pressure how utterly heartless is this. How do you as a company promise delivery and not comply a 3 yr old will have no bed tonight.
