Baby City Refused to refund me on Novalac contaminated tin.

26 April 2024 I bought 3 tins at baby city umhlanga cresent of Novalac growing up formula stage 3. 28 April 2024 I opened 1 tin BATCH ***56, EXPIRE 07/04/2026, After few hours of feeding the baby the baby started vomiting very bad, i checked the formula only to notice that the formula is not dissolving in water it leaves particles. I have had this issue before with novalac i bought 3 tins at clicks baby gateway it was not dissolving opened 2 tins, i returned the tins to clicks. The store manager took warm water and mixed the milk only to notice that there is a problem, she gladly refunded me for all 3 tins.

30 April 2024 I returned the 3 tins to Baby City Umhlanga Cresent because the batch number was the same, The manager in store said she can only refund me for the 2 unopened tins. The one that has an issue she will contact Novalac representative to come and collect it, she tried calling pharmaco on the number that is on the tin but the number was not going through. She said there nothing she can do for me its Novalac who will decide where to refund me on the opened tin. I told her i only made that tin onve , I asked her to get warm water to mix the milk and confirm that there is an issue with the batch. She arrogantly refused. She gave me a gift certificate for the 2 tins. And she said they will contact me once they hear anything from Novalac. Till this day Baby city umhlanga cresent they never contacted me. I am so dissapointed.

I sent an email to pharmaco they never responded to my email. I have decided to stop using novalac because i cannot continue putting my daughers life at risk.

All asking for is for Baby City to refund me on the tin they took and promised to contact me.
