Baby City Investco Pietermaritzburg Firstly can I just say, we didnt ask for this magical sale, i dont know why must the customer be treated as if we did something wrong, I sent my husband early to the store, to get a Babythings camp cot that was advertised online, and the so called gift bag at the store they found the cot but not what was advertised, as per the manager its a miss print, not her business but head offices business. We can go complain by them. Practically kicked my husband out the store, no cot no nappies , no gift bag, nix. Feeling like a child being scolded, (poor thing) This is just the short of it though. After enquiring with head office, All the head office could say was and I quote "Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused." **** poor customer care, respect or appreciation. Thanks Baby City
