What friendly staff, helpful in every aspect. I made a joke about buying cereal and feeding my 2 day old baby, the lady politely reported the issue to the manager, who then approached me with concern and professionally addresses the situation, advising me on the correct product I can use if I absolutely have to feed cereal to a 2 day old baby. Thank you, I’m only a dad for 4.5 months, but every experience I have had at Baby City Northgate has been made into a personal experience. Thank you all
