Baby city mall@55 fall

I am very disappointed at the baby city in mall@55 in centurion. Yesterday I went in with my 8 month old baby to get some stuff. While I was walking in the isle following one of the guys who was showing me where linen savers where I slipped with my baby in my arms and we both fell. Only to realise there was water on the floor from the aircon. My son burst out crying as he had fallen out of my hands and hit his head. I screamed for help and people came as I was trying to calm my baby and check if he was ok. The manager stood there and said " oh it's the aircon water. Arg if there is something wrong you will come back and tell us and we will take it up with head office "and then he walked away. No apology no is the baby ok are u ok he just didn't care. For a shop where I go in every week and spend on average R500 everytime I'm there I was really disappointed and I will not be going back to spend my money in a place where they couldn't care less
