I like being able to buy everything I need to for my baby at one store.its very convenient..but the way they treat customers when you looking to return or exchange something is appalling.i bought their jumbo pack of Pampers nappies on Saturday, I went back on Thursday to exchange one of the packs for the Pampers pants..and I was told they cant take it back because it has clear tape on the outside of the pack..this is tape that they put on it themselves and now they cannot take it back..this is not the 1st time I have tried to get refund/exchange from them and each time it has to be a fight..not customer centric at all.very disappointed.
