We spend R6500 at baby city and when you want to exchange an carrywell nursing bra the was labeled incorrectly. The manager at Baby city Kolonnade retail park tells us that carrywell nursing bra is use and there is a no return policy at baby city. My wife did not use the carrywell bra. It was marked as XL but when she removed it out of the packet it was a large. The manager at the store did not want to listen to what happened. Just kept on saying that there is a no return policy and that if she helps us she will have to pay for the item. My wife was told at the Mamma magic Expo where we purchased the items that we can go to any store if there is a problem with the fitment of the carrywell bra. The staff and Management at Baby City Kolonnade retail park is *********** and useless. We will never support them again.
