Appauling Service from Baby City Springfield Park

<p>On the 19/11/2016 I purchased a walking ring for my son from the above store. The walking ring was not cheap it was selling for R900. I previously purchased a walking ring for R400 which did not last, therefore i invested more money for one that would last. A few days ago my son was in the walking ring when it collapsed. Luckily he was not hurt, I was furious and went back to the store with the walking ring and the receipt. The store was most unhelpful. The staff did not want to assist and I was told that they can do me a" favour" and send it back to the manufacturer to get it fixed, i do not need any favours, I paid for an item that is defective, in fact one does not spend that much money on an item that only lasts 4 months. I have rights as a consumer and CPA states that we as consumers have the right to return any merchandise within 6 months. I do not need any favours from the store and I will urge people to be most cautious when buying merchanidse from this store in particular. i will be referring the matter to Wendy Nola as I am not accpeting this.</p>
