Apauling service

I was *****ed at baby city in Umhlnaga. Worst service ever !! Bought worth 14000 yesterday but refused to exchange a bottle warmer that is not working and that gave me a 3rd degree burn . I called the local head office and spoke to some one by the name of roshnee chetty and also the manager of baby city at Umhlanga where I purchased the items -vino chetty . She was very rude and refused to exchange it or return it . On the box it says that there is a guarantee and warrantee but she says no such thing - I must wait for rep from the company to come down in 2 weeks and look at it . I did explain to her that I am from out of town so cannot wait for it to get assessed . She laughed in my face and said I can report it . Unacceptable from a big company like this .
