Always end up having a horrible experience

Iv purchased from Baby city Springfield Durban on three occasions and on all 3 occasions I have had a terrible experience. My snuggletime cot had a defect to it , and one of the parts were missing. When I went to return it for another , they were out of stock and refused to give me my money back , they only were interested in a credit note which I had to end up taking. The second time was when they had given me the wrong nappy size. And the last was on Saturday , I specifically asked them for a brown colour high chair and I ended coming home and opening the box to a pink which was R200 more expensive. They were not interested in delivering the correct one to me nor were they interested in giving me a discount of 200 for their negligence. I think it was only fair for them to deliver the correct one to me rather than me going to the store to return it as it was their fault and negligence. Staff are not very helpful.
