My wife placed an order for nappies on 24 April and paid via EFT.<br> After not hearing anything for 2 weeks, she followed up on May 11, and got a standard, badly worded, confusing response.<br> After again querying on May 21, this time requesting a refund since our child will soon have outgrown the nappies ordered, she got the same automated, badly worded, confusing response.<br> <br> Until now, they have shown no desire to either deliver the order or refund.<br> <br> Baby Cart is a ****. <br> They bring e-commerce into disrepute and are the reason why people are afraid to shop online.<br>
