Late Delivery and then it was the wrong stuff

I orered nappies on Baby Cart - [URL Removed] - Someone told my about a special and because I have twins I always look for specials. So I ordered the nappies beginniog of May, they said it would take 7 days for delivery so I planned according to that - 2 weeks later still no nappies!! I was patient because they said they had problems with the couriers etc. Yesterday I couldn't wait any longer so I phoned them and arranged my own courier to collect and deliver to me this morning.I received an email saying they only sent out 2 boxes because they don't have the others in stock ( I ordered 4 boxes) - this was already an issue because they did not say this to me when they phoned to get my order number to send it with courier and above that they sent me the wrong sizes!! The boxes just came and I had to pay R200 delivery fe for the WRONG STUFF - my kids can't even wear the sizes they sent me, it is totally wrong! I borrowed nappies last nght to get me through because I knew my nappies would arrive today - I am stuck beacause I do not have the funds to go and buy extra nappies as I am supposed to have 4 boxes today!!!!! I have never been thos angry!! I want my nappies today!!
