Don't buy from this place

<p>My friend bought a couple of items from Baby Buzniz at the Grove Mall. Upon returning to the office she realized that she had bought the wromg items as part of a baby shower gift. We immediately returned to the shop and asked for a refund which amounted to roughly R850.00 as we had found similar nicer items for cheaper.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager blatantly refused to refund and said its not a store policy. Surely the consumer law makes provision for cases like this when items are returned unopened within an hour?</p> <p> </p> <p>Stay away! Not only are ridicously priced, after this experience, I will not return to the store and I will not recommend it to anyone. Will also be posting this on social media so no one else goes through this sickening experience.</p>
