Full price for an old pram!

On May 19th 2015 I purchased a Graco Quattro tour pram from The cheap store t/a baby boutique, on may 22nd 2015 at the airport the front wheels came off the pram! Upon landing in Zimbabwe we had the wheels repaired, a few days later the front tray of the pram broke off and my baby fell out and has broken his nose!! How can a 2 day old pram fall apart? All I'm getting from Marc Hoer and Pinky Naiker at Graco in Durban is I broke it, the airline broke it, all different excuses!! The owner of baby boutique was obviously aware this pram was a problem and went ahead to sell it to us! Now today I'm told by the owner he will pay for a new tray and wheels however only in black or grey!! My pram is blue, now I'll walk around with a patch work pram and an injured baby! I don't think so, my advice to the public is do not buy anything GRACO and do not support the baby boutique in the oriental plaza as you will be cheated! Graco prams are not safe for your child and can't travel by plane as they are frequently broken! (I have this in writing from Graco)
