"Wrapping a gift is just a favour"

<p>Theres a cashier by the name of Portia at this store who is rude and has no respect for customers. Firstly while we was waiting to pay, she was busy with a transaction that took forever as if she didn't know what she was doing there. Finally after like 15 minutes she called us to her colleague to assist us. While this guy, Adrian was helping us, I asked if he could wrap the gift for us, before i could finish talking, she jumped in the conversation saying "we do not do wrapping here". I continued to speak to Adrian asking him nicely and again she jumped in Saying "WRAPPING GIFTS IS A FAVOUR IT IS NOT A MUST, WE ONLY DO IT WHEN WE ARE NOT BUSY (with attitude). </p> <p>There was only one person behind us and they were still shopping and Portia already had the scanner on her hand waiting for them, and thats her idea of being busy? She HAD A FROWN ON HER FACE LIKE WE ARE ANNOYINIG HER, How can the store put such a person on the frontline like after a long day at work I don't need **** like that when i do my shopping because thats when we get to tell them **** and they will say people are mean to cashiers. She deserves to be at the back of the store or cleaning or something, not at the tills until she learns that customers bring food to her table.</p> <p>Adrian finally agreed to help us wrap thanks to him, it didn;t even take minutes to wrap it! Favour!</p> <p>I AM NOT BUYING AT THIS STORE AGAIN, MAYBE THEY THINKING IM JUST ONE CUSTOMER EVEN IF I DONT COME BACK BUT IF THIS ATTITUDE KEEPS UP, ONE BY ONE CUSTOMERS WILL WALK AWAY EVENTUALLY!</p>
