worst service ever.

I brought a WinFun play mat at Baby boom 9 Oct 2015 it lasted only 3 months. There is an exposed cable that is unsafe for a baby. I have the original packaging and till slip but baby boom wouldn't't exchange the mat for me. I payed R500 for it. No one can buy a new playmat every 3month's.
