worst manager I ever came across

All I want to do is to swop my pram I bought a week ago. Cape gate store manager, while on the phone with me he was spraking to other people in the background. My pram is in its original condition the way it left the store as the terms and conditions state. Yet he dont want to swop my pram. Rude and unmanned service and a sorry excuse of a manager. I wonder if anybody will even acknowledge this.
