Very Rude Service

As a new mother I tried to exchange some nappies that was gifted to me. I did not have a till slip but was told that often retail outlets is willing to exchange nappies if they have the same kind in stock. Instead of just kindly informing us that unfortunately Baby Boom is not willing to exchange nappies without the slip, the lady (I'm assuming she was the manager) very rudely dismissed our request. We were made to feel so bad for just asking that I don't think I will ever go there again. From now on I'll rather get what I need somewhere else.
