Unhelpful Staff

<p>So yesterday my family and I walked into baby boom at Clearwater mall. As we were walking, my partner bumped over a baby bed but the ones that rock forward and backwards. The space it stood on was very small,the thing didn't even fit but it managed to stand however as we tried putting it back it was not standing. The staff stood and watched us struggle. No one smiles even the white guy who helped us didn't even smile..Not one person smiled or acknowledged us as we walked in and we went there twice. Maybe one day I'll come over and train those people on Customer Service. As a Manager of a No.1 brand in the World I find it very disappointing that people can look this way, this is the job you chose and you work with people everyday, different people so you have to leave whatever you feeling before you enter that door and give your 100% service to your customers. </p>
