Titanium cot hinge broke when assembled

I bought a Titanium camp cot and when I tried to assemble it the hinge off the rods broke. It is the rod that support the cot and has a hinge that lock and unlock when folding it up. I went back and no one even tried to help me! R2000 wasted. I showed them photographs off the part to see if they can at least order me a new part but woth no jou. I had a very bad experience and no use for it!
