TITANIUM BABY TRAVEL SYSTEM: POOR QUALITY

Purchased the Titanium Baby Travel System at Baby Boom. The pram wasn't used for a year and the frame of the pram broke, which deemed the whole travel system unusable. Although Baby Boom did what they could, they weren't able to provide me with details in order to contact the manufacturer to express my disappointment in the quality manufactured (according to them its an "IN HOUSE" brand). There is no place/platform to notify the public about the extremely poor quality of the Titanium Baby brand in stock at all Baby Booms. DO NOT buy the Titanium Baby brand!
