The worst service ever!!!!!!

I constantly receive terrible service from baby boom carnival mall, the staff is unprofessional and ***********. I returned a stroller and a car seat which I had received as a baby shower gift and whats worse is i had the receipt ,and was told by the manager to return it at the actual baby boom I had purchase it from which is absolutely ridiculous!!! I then had to call head office for futhure assistance and only received help an hour later which was upsetting due to the fact that I'm 36 weeks pregnant and had to stand the whole entire time with swollen feet!!! My partner and i returned to purchase a moses basket and received terrible assistance again.

Could you kindly deal with the matter accordingly.
