Terrible service at Baby boom

Baby boom Village Mall gives the worst service, the manager is rude and so is her staff.. I had to go there 3 times just to get a refund on a lay bye I made over 3 weeks ago.. Mall security had to be called and mind you I'm 33 weeks pregnant using my lunch hour to try and resolve what seems to be the impossible. You guys need training on client service. I'm beyond disappointed and I would not recommend anyone to go there rather opt for reputable businesses like your babies r us and baby city atleast they know what they are doing
