On the 21st of March I visited the Baby Boom Aeroport store. I was slightly early as the store only opened at 09h00. I asked an employee standing outside (whom I regret not getting his name) if they had a certain item in stock(which they did) so that I wouldn't be wasting my time waiting if they didn't. The minute they were allowing customers in I walked in and he had the item placed at the till point. His small gesture showed his commitment to his job and willingness to exceed a customers expectations. Well done! Definitely will be returning and next time will get his name.
