Shocking service at The Grove
I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the service at The Grove branch. Babyboom simple does not care about the customer concerns. I was told by a sales lady that I should have greeted them upon arrival because I am black. I mean what kind of a customer service is that? No one cares to even intervene after launching a complaint
