Sanitizer and the lack their off

It brings me great disgust and misery that I find myself typing this review considering this is my first proper purchase at baby boom in Cornubia. Firstly upon entering there was no sanitation station or facilities taking into consideration that this is a baby store, there was no sanitizer or even a person at the door waiting to sanitize as you walk in taking proper precaution to stop the spread of Covid19. It is amazing to know that at a time when our country is in a lockdown and yet no proper precaution was in place. Example if someone was infected they could have throughout the store touching things and your staff was non the wiser. I will start off by pointing out the issues that I have experienced at your store. 1. You have 2 employees, one being a manager and the other general staff. The manager constantly disappears to the back store room leaving the general employee to pick up the slack on all work. 2. The general employee dismantled and saw to another customer by assisting her with general quires, as well as taking payment from another customer whilst the so called manger was busy in the back in the storeroom doing God only knows what. 3. The general employee had known we were purchasing babies feeding high chair due to me calling in advance and upon arrival the high chair was being cleaned in the store room as it was the last demo model at the window. 4. The general worker dismantled my 7 month old child's chair whilst placing all the parts on the dirty unclean floor, no sanitization happened before or at the end of the dismantling of the high chair, considering she picked up the parts which was left on the floor during the whole time the general employee sweated and I say sweated because she was drenched in sweat wiping off her face whilst dismantling my toddlers high chair. 5. After we payed the manager used the sanitizer to clean her own hands and totally disregarded me standing right in front of her. She was not even wearing a mask or gloves and in my whole time in the shop only saw her using the sanitizer once. To add injury to insult, I had to wait for the general employee which was doing both her job and the job of her manager. Why do you have management in place? If one person is going to do 2 jobs! I am utterly disgusted to know that this could potentially be happening to other customers and putting the lives of innocent people at risk like your customers and their kids as they take the goods home which hasn't been sanitized. I do not hold the general worker responsible for doing 2 jobs at the same time, she did what she saw fit as it is her job after all. Is the general worker being exploited? Can someone please look into this as this does pose a health risk to everyone who enters that store. Amazing to know that this is how your shop is run considering that you cater for children and your store being opened during this time as you sell essential items. This is also an issue that the health department needs to look into as the health and safety requirements were breached during this pandemic.
