Return of goods

I'm Belinda on the 1st of July I bought a car sit at baby boom. On Saturday their consultant offered to give me a voucher for the car sit nd I refused because I have enough things from them. Today their manager called she was very arrogant and told me they won't do a refund and the countries consumers act doesn't apply in her store. I told her not to be rude and she continued and I dropped the call. She called back and shouted and when I stated that I was offered a voucher on Sat and today she is telling me that I can't get any refund and I asked to speak with that lady then she kept on shouting on my ear refusing to listen and she said I will not speak to that lady she is a manager there.
