Praiseworthy Customer Care

I live in KZN and had to purchase toys etc for my grandchildren. Their parents were at work. The store Manager then came to the rescue. He collected all the necessary information and made sure that my son was provided with all I purchased and even allowed to change some of the goods should he deem it necessary. I saw a caring Manager; the same caring displayed by his staff. Kudos to you!
