NO REFUND POLICY

<br> <br> I purchased a Bumboo training chair for my son on the 24th September 2015 but unfortunately it was not the correct size. I then returned the chair only to be told they have a NO REFUND POLICY,only a voucher or I could exchange what I had initially purchased. I don't think that is fair because I am now forced to by from BABY BOOM CLEARWATER MALL. I am not at all happy about such policies and I wonder if it's even allowed according to my Consumer Rights!
