manager insulting sales person infront of client

hi<br> I visited the store regular as I have small twins and my sister is running day care. To be honest there cashiers on tills and sales person are very nice people.<br> Was shocked two week back when I went to buy baby formula the manager was shouting at one lady she was like physically want to clap the lady.<br> I have found that very disrespectful and unprofessional when that happened in front of us client. I don't know what was the reason but regardless we are not to be exposed to such violent in store especially being initiated by so called manager. I had my own intervention with the lady all I know was she does not have good customer care. She will not greet you when she come to override on the till. I think I deserve a call from management not the lady at store but big management just too easy me up with my trauma. Sadly you at tore with kids and for kids to be exposed to that. If you still want my service I deserve a call. I haven't being to store since then still in shocked. I also Feld bad for the sales lady she was shouting at.<br> <br>
