laybye saga

I went to babyboom on the 09-07-2015 and made a laybye of 3 wheel travel system and a 6 in 1 cot bed which costs R 4500 and i paid R4300,on the 22 of july i went to pay my outstanding amount and wanted to take my goods home,i was told that the 3 wheel travel system was sold to another customer even though it indicated in their system that it has already being laybyed. The assistant manager treated me and my sister like dirt and she told my sister to shut up because she is not the customer even though we where in her shop and she told me she will not talk to me because she is not the person who sold the goods,she told me to come when the sales person who sold my goods is available. I was very hurt by how she spoke to me and she did not care that i was a customer. When i asked for the manager she told me she is out of the store and they dont know what time she will be back
