Hi<br> <br> What is this about Baby Boom not complying with the CPA, it is well within my rights to change my mind about a purchase and get a FULL refund thereof within 5 days of purchase. I bought an item and I no longer want it, as someone else has already bought for me and gave it to me as a gift, I tried to return the one that I purchased within 5 days and was told that I could either exchange or get a voucher. i don't want anything form you shop, so a voucher or an exchange serve no purpose to me at all. This goes against the law that protects me as a consumer and I would like to have the transaction refunded immediately.
