Excellent customer service received from Baby Boom when trying to purchase online vouchers. From the lady Charmaine that answered the telephone in Johannesburg to the lady Amaara Ely in Cape Town who phoned me to see how she could assist re getting online vouchers. Very professional, and helpful people. I am impressed. It is so amazing to receive such good customer service as many company's customer service is almost non existent.
