Gift Registry Not Captured

<p>We went to Baby Boom Centeurion about 2 weeks ago to set up a gift registry for my wife's kitchen tea, we received a form and a trolley and spent an hour choosing specific items we need. The lady said we should leave the trolley and the form and they will capture it. The reference will be my wife's cellphone number as they did not have cards with a reference. We left the store trusting them to do as promised. To our surprise, they never set up the registry and wasted our time, our friends and family time, and ruined the experience! Thanks baby boom for your **** customer service and taking your customers trust for granted. I will advise anyone to not go to baby boom, you have allot of options like baby city etc. Hope I can save some people the embarrassment of dealing with Baby Boom! </p>
