Feeding cup

I've been supporting this store for the past 9 going on 10 year's and yesterday I took a feeding cup back and they did not want to take it back,like what's the use of having a non spill feeding cup when my toddler is always soaking wet and the entire floor 😳 then they want to tell me unfortunately the cup was used so they can't refund me....like really now do a person buy a feeding cup to put in display?
