Do not support this chain!

I have never cone across such a bunch of unhelpful individuals as I have at the Albertson branch. I bought a Safeway extreme car seat for my child on the 24th November and the thing is falling to pieces. Not only are they unwilling to exchange it (It apparently on has a 3 month warranty on it) - had I been informed of this when I made the purchase I would never have bought it. Then I get told leave it her and the rep will cone and fix it... and what pray tell do you expect me to transport my child with whilst I wait for some spoeg and plak fix on the supposed safety device for my child?!?!?!?!
