Disgusted by their service...

I received 3 memory books at my baby shower and wanted to return the 2 so I could buy nappies or something more important for me to use but they refused to help me because I didn't of the purchase receipt. Who gives you a purchase receipt when they give you a gift. Moreover the price is still on the back with the baby boom logo. I called head office and they gave me another number to call, customer care. When I called the lady she was very rude not willing to listen and told me she can't help me, kept asking me if there was anything else she could assist me with because if not she is not going to continue with this conversation. On their website they say they put the customer first but obviously they don't. They would rather let u keep stuff u won't use instead of helping u get stuff u will use. Pathetic service from the store in Highveld Mall as well.
