Bad service... Stroller

<p>I went to the store in the month of April , I laybuyed a red stroller with them, on Friday I decided to go collect the stroller I was given the wrong colour without being told that the red one was not available, when I got home to my surprise, the colour of the pram is grey, asked my mother to return it back to the store the next day, my mom had to wait a hour for assistance and on top of that was given a stroller that was not in its packaging, I called the branch and all the manager could say was sorry, how do u sell something and not give the packaging or the manual to assemble the item... the service was really disgusting and will never in my life purchase anything from that shop again </p>
